AcroYoga - Big LeMoi Washing Machine
We have been working on Big LeMoi for awhile now and it is finally starting to click. This washing machine starts in Reverse Inside Side Star, transitions to Throne and then back to Reverse Inside Side Star on the other foot before repeating itself. Big LeMoi always felt scary and unstable until we started doing regular Side Star drills every practice.
