AcroYoga - Form 1 (Basic Postures)

Tori and I performed our Form 1 demonstration for our AcroYoga class tonight. (It contains the basic postures for learning the fundamentals of AcroYoga.) All our practice paid off and now we are ready to learn the next series of intermediate postures and transitions in Form 2.

Form 1 Postures:

Bird Mount
Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)

Bird to Shoulder Stand A
Shoulder Stand A to Bird

One Legged Birds (x3)

Straddle Throne

Bird Mount
Bird Pops (x3)

Half Barrel Roll (Bird to Straddle Bat)

Paschi Arm Balance Dismount
