Noah vs the Shower Curtain

Yesterday, I fainted for the first time in my life. After a trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night, I grew extremely lightheaded walking back to the bedroom. I had to grip the walls as I made my way forward before unexpectedly smacking my forehead into the door. Holding on to the handle with both hands, I tried to keep my balance as I wondered how I ever was going to open it. The next thing I remember is Tori's worried voice breaking into my consciousness as I sat crumpled on the floor. She asked if I was okay since my skin was cold and clammy. My senses were returning but I felt extremely weak as I crawled on my hands and knees to the bed. Laying on my back, I would have been more worried but I felt the strength returning to my trembling body as the lightheadedness faded rapidly.

In the morning, I felt perfectly fine except for a bruise on my right hip, but I was surprised to see the shower curtain ripped off many of its rings. I must have fallen into it as I went to the ground or grabbed at it to save myself. Either way, I think it protected me from a much harder fall.
